These turned out pretty tasty!
2 C flour
2 C sugar
3/4 C cocoa Powder
1 t baking powder
1 t salt
1/2 C vegan butter
1/2 C canola oil
1/2 C rice milk
1/2 C water
1 t vanilla
handful vegan chocolate chips
mix dry, mix in wet. Add chips. Press into a 9 X 13 pan and bake at 350 for 40 minutes
